Questions

What happens after I pay?

You'll land on a page where you can claim the subscription for yourself or gift it to another Discord user. Then download the extension from your dashboard and open starve.io: it signs you in by itself.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds can be requested within 3 days of purchase with proof of purchase and a valid reason, through a ticket in our Discord. The Refund Policy has the full details.

What does the VPN do?

It plays your starve.io connection through a VoidX server in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Frankfurt, Osaka or Sydney. Pick a location yourself or leave it on Auto to use the one closest to you.
