Two ways to run VoidX, pick whichever you like. The desktop app is its own window with VoidX built in (Windows, macOS, Linux) and runs multiple profiles in tabs; the Chromium extension loads VoidX straight into starve.io in your browser. Either way you install once and sign in with Discord, and it fetches the latest VoidX every time you play. It's tied to your account and plan, so keep it to yourself.

Getting started

Desktop app
  1. Download the installer for your system and open it: Windows — run the .exe; it installs just for you (no admin needed) and adds VoidX to your desktop and Start menu; macOS — open the .dmg and drag VoidX to Applications; Linux — open the .deb to install it.
  2. It isn't code-signed yet, so the OS may warn the first time: Windows SmartScreen → More info → Run anyway; macOS → right-click → Open.
  3. Start VoidX — on Windows leave Run VoidX ticked on the installer's last page — and click Login with Discord. It finishes in your browser (already on Discord there) and stays logged in on every launch.
  4. Play. A short tour shows the basics the first time; each tab is its own profile, Ctrl + T opens another.
Chromium extension
  1. Open chrome://extensions (Edge edge://extensions, Brave brave://extensions, Opera opera://extensions) and turn on Developer mode, top-right.
  2. Already have an older VoidX? Click Remove on its card first.
  3. Drag the zip onto the page and drop it — no unzipping. If the browser won't take it, unzip it, keep the folder somewhere permanent, and Load unpacked → select it.
  4. Open starve.io. VoidX signs you in on its own.

Updating: the script updates itself from this site every time you play, so you only re-download when the app or extension itself changes. For the app, run the new installer over the old one (your tabs and login stay); for the extension, drop the new zip onto chrome://extensions the same way (it keeps its place). Keep any download to yourself — it signs in as your account.
